Stryker Europe Event Calendar
Stryker is Europe’s leading medtech company. Our client asked for help in wireframing and designing their internal event calendar application for mobile. The main objective was to create a clear and intuitive tool that is easy to use and invites users to participate in Stryker’s corporate events.
Stryker’s My Me Events The brief
Stryker asked us for the design of their event calendar app. The mobile app is used for internal use only and lists all upcoming events for Stryker’s employees. These events are listed on the homescreen. The user can join these events by adding them to their calendar. Once they are added to the users profile they appear in the calendar with all additional info such as the location of the event, transport options to and from the event and possible hotel options nearby. The app offers the users a one step tool to join events, book flights and hotels.
Intuitivity first​
For an app like this it is important to keep the user journey and user interface as intuitive as possible. We want to offer the user a clear and easy way to join and book. Aside from that the pushed information needed to be easily accessible and reduce as many steps as possible guaranteeing a seamless user experience. To ensure an optimal user experience we worked on a logical and watertight interactive wireframe structure in Adobe XD for testing.
Integrating Stryker’s Brand Identity
As a brand Stryker has a strong and well outlined brand identity. We took the brand guidelines and esxplored how to use and integrate them in a creatove way. The playful use of yellow and purple is used for highlighting content, call to actions and a general slick, fresh and contemporary design.

Application launch
For the launch of the app we created a fitting icon. The app was available for download on the iTines store and Google Playstore
